Do you offer a SaaS model or self-hosting solutions?
We offer both.
If you run your own infrastructure, we’re happy to install the system on your server in cooperation with your technical team.
If you prefer not to deal with infrastructure details, that’s fine too — we handle everything, grant you access to the admin dashboard, and train your managers to use it.
I prefer the SaaS model, but I’m afraid of losing my data
We back up the system daily and grant you immediate access to your backups. This is not a one-time export or something provided only on request. You have continuous access from the very beginning.
What does the backup include? Can I restore it without your assistance?
We use Shopware Community Edition as the backend.
Your backup includes:
- the Shopware database
- configuration files
- all uploaded media
We also include our Shopware extension in the backup, so you can restore the backend independently if needed.
That said, we’re always happy to assist with migration or restoration.
Where is the frontend hosted?
The frontend is served directly from your Cloudflare account. This is one of the reasons the solution is so fast.
Why is there no cookie banner?
Our basic solution does not use tracking cookies, so a cookie banner is not required.
If you decide to use advanced analytics or marketing tools, we can integrate them — and add a cookie banner if necessary.
Is your system compatible with web analytics?
Yes.
Some clients use lightweight Cloudflare Analytics, which works without cookies. We can integrate other analytics systems as well, but compliance and legal responsibility remain with the site owner.
What do I need to get started?
You need:
- a domain name
- a Cloudflare account
